Fitness Programs
Fitness comes in all forms. Take advantage Water Aerobics, Master Swim, Monday Morning Muscle, and Yoga.
Yoga
This six week session of yoga classes will cover basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation techniques. Learn how yoga helps to build strength and flexibility while promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to tennis or any other fitness activity since it balances the body and reduces risk of injury.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. Taught by Mary Hanneken, PT, e-RYT, a practicing Physical Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, 8:00 - 9:00am; June 18th - July 23rd.

Cost: Free for members of The Village Club!

Body Balance
Join Certified Personal Trainer and Silver Sneakers EnerChi Teacher Kristi Feuling through a variety of low-impact, body toning exercises and TaiChi movements for a six week session of overall fitness.
Class will begin with calisthenic exercises that will focus on building strength, flexibility and range of motion through use of body weight and repetition.
Our cool-down will focus on deep breathing and gentle movements that encourage better balance, posture and stress reduction.

Please bring a beach towel to class
NASM Certified: Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Fitness Specialist, HSI Certified for Adult First Aid, CPR and AED for all ages and a practicing Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Days: Mondays, June 16th - July 21st
Time: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Cost: Free for members of the Village Club!
